Part One: Saved by a Soho Barber
Part Two: A Final Journey to the Abbey
NOT FORGOTTEN
A group of Kent schools have worked together to produce an animated film to mark the anniversary of Remembrance.
The film tells the story of a group of people getting on a train at different stations as it journeys through Kent towards London.
All have one thing in common, they have all lost a loved one in World War 1 and are going to visit the Tomb of the Unknown Warrior in Westminster Abbey. Each believe their loved one is the person being buried at the Abbey.
Pupils from All Saints CE Primary School in Chatham, Birkbeck Primary School in Sidcup, Mundella Primary School in Folkestone and St Vincent de Paul RC School in Westminster have combined their skills to produce the film.
The children worked with animation workshop leader Tom Hillenbrand.
‘Not Forgotten’ was exhibited at Westminster Abbey for the 2008 Remembrance celebrations.
